UNITED STATES SHIPPING ONLY - No International shipping at this time.
We ship to anywhere within the United States. All shipments originate from Honolulu, Hawaii. Available items generally will ship within 3-5 business days. Availability varies with style, size and color. It may take 1-3 days for availability and 2-3 weeks for manufacturing if item(s) needs to be made. We will keep you informed of any delays.
Note: FedEx Overnight delivery will take 1 Day to the West Coast and 2 Days to the East Coast of the United States. FedEx will deliver Monday through Friday only. Overnight orders placed during a business day before 2:00 P.M. Pacific Standard Time will be shipped out the same day.
Delivery times:
Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method and the shipment destination. Please provide a complete physical street address when selecting to ship with FedEx. FedEx will NOT accept P.O. Boxes. We ship Monday through Friday only (holidays excluded).
Note: Deliveries to remote areas may take longer delivery time.
Hawaiian Island Apparel and the carriers we use are not responsible for:
- All item(s) purchase from Hawaiian Island Apparel delivered to the wrong address(s) supplied by the sender.
- Unsuccessful deliveries due to the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender.
- Delay due to a wrong delivery address supplied by the sender, and/or a rerouting request by the sender.
Return/Exchange Policy:
Returns: If you wish to return an item(s), we will gladly refund you the purchase price less a 15% restocking fee except for exchange item(s). Returns must be sent back within 7 days from the time your order is delivered. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
Issue of Refunds: Once the item(s) are received, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days.
Exchanges: For faster exchanges, we recommend that you place a new order online and send the item(s) you have back for credit. Your account will be credited once the merchandise is received. After we receive your exchange, it will be processed and shipped immediately. If you would like a refund or exchange please email me and I will be happy to assist you and let you know where to send your returns/exchanges.
Out of Stock Items:
Occasionally, high demand may cause us to be out of stock on certain items. If the item you ordered is out of stock, you will be notified via e-mail or phone.Disclaimer:
Hawaiian Island Apparel in conjunction with FedEx will deliver your package(s) as requested however, we CANNOT guarantee the time of delivery. Any of the carriers we use DO NOT call to customers before delivering. Additional shipping charges may apply to heavy, oversized or bulk orders. Shipping charges for products other than Hawaiian Clothing may incur additional costs based on weight and quantities.
